Candy Ponchak is a life-long Episcopalian, growing up in N.E. Pennsylvania. She is the Sr. Warden of the church which means that, as a lay person, she keeps open communication between our priest and the congregation, as well as a visible contact with the community.

She is also member of the Order of St. Luke, which is an ecumenical, national healing practice. She has healing services at local long-term care facilities.

David Mercer was born in Manassas Virginia and moved to West Virginia in 2006. He is a jack of all trades and he is a retired aborist. David and his wife Alyssa Barb have eight beautiful children together. As Junior Warden he enjoys maintaining and caring for St. Stephens.
